What to expect
Players here should expect high-performance teammates with a lot of experience to bring to arms. players here share an affinity for competition and cutting edge gameplay, that for whatever individual reason, can no longer commmit the time or energy to a more strenuous raid schedule or more stringent alt upkeep and split raid regiments. I would expect this team to play for fun first and foremost, but with limited patience for people actively holding the team back. The raid schedule is more relaxed, and absences are less micromanaged. In order to preserve the fun sought after for players of a shared mindset, this team will still have performance floors that need to be met to achieve a closer skill parity. Veteren raiders and skilled players that find themselves with greater priorities or new and exciting rl oppurtunities, will find that here, they wont need to give up playing the game competitively to enjoy both facets.

Note: We expect the difficulty of the game to start on the easy end of things. Initial estimates are for one day progression clears on launch and one night farm reclears, including team 1 alt splits. This should make the opening schedule much more flexible, however we will be ready if we've missed the mark on this estimate.
